Change the BG and its cool, plus, why can the top scroll?

top? scroll? where? if you noticed, there will be very few pictures on the new site....and look! a footer bar! wow....i'm not sure when you saw it...but the bg matches with the default forum. I also made it so the links from the links page open in a new window. same w/ the webmail. im going to sleep now...2morrow I will make new copies of all the pages that i havent gotten to today. and do the menu bar

did the whole main panel news part....left to do: leftmenu.htm...also maybe get somethin to put at the top of the main page? ah well..ill think about it later....but now, i must do the menu panel.

Suggestion:
Kill the frames when people try to go to the forum. Having the forum appear it the middle frame is annoying.

Apart from that, though, it's going well! I like it!
