I'm gonna assume that's he's that crazy guy who's always running around with 18 cats in his house, right? Anyway, his name is Bertha. He never leaves his house, cuz he loves his cats and that.. well.. his name is Bertha. I mean, really. If you were named Bertha and you were a guy, would you stay in your house? I thought so!

So now you know who Bertha is! I sure hope we're talking about the same street here.
