whats the deal with half-orcs?

Half-orcs are mostly explained by the fact that orcish armies would destroy towns, pillage, and rape the women of destroyed town. This is the most common explanation.

That can also be a reason, but the most common explanation is orc raiders.

Chewi has an orc fetish.

You can't make a dwarf. Dwarves are just another race, like humans. Using the natural selection theory, dwarves physical characteristics were from the heavy work and living underground.
