Ask Pez-Man!
Why is it that in things with the three 'major' races (ie: humans, elves, dwarves), there's always the 'pure' version of each race and half-elves (½human ½elf), but never half-dwarves or half-elf/half-dwarves?

DT, the answer to your question is complicated. It really depends on the rule set you're using, but it can fit a slightly uniform rule. Elves and humans are alike, while dwarves are short. Of course, that doesn't justify my reasoning, but think about it a little more. The creators of said races in their own rules are too lazy to bother thinking of statistics for half-dwarves and such. Though, it would be quite easy for someone to take a risqué shot (Did I use that correctly?) and create these races in their rule set. Also, if those were half races, then there would be tons of half races, for every normal race. And then, those half races could have quarter races, and it'd just get freaky. So in conclusion, leave the half-elves alone. They've got it bad enough as is.
