I base the Synchro from the comic as well as I can off of what I know. Most characters are as true representations as they can get, besides the very few made up ones. (Pex, the robot masters, and a few more later.)

I don't think a problem of that magnitude can be "fixed." That, plus Roscoe's real-life counterpart isn't very computer savvy and doesn't use them often. Same with Chewi.
