The document I am referencing is the acceptable use policy, located here:

http://comcast.comcastonline.com/member ... efault.asp

The second to last section is "Bandwidth, Data Storage and Other Limitations." In this section, it says that "You must ensure that your activity does not improperly restrict, inhibit, or degrade any other user's use of the Service, nor represent (in the sole judgment of Comcast) an unusually large burden on the network." This is legalese for "don't use up too much bandwidth." Later on it states "You may not run a server in connection with the Service, nor may you provide network services to others via the Service." This is only there as a further clause to make sure you don't run over your bandwidth limit. Note that the actual bandwidth limit isn't stated, just a general rule is imposed.

the accpetable use policy is supposedly entirely included in the TOS, since nothing else actually has any legal power, and it doesn't really matter what they say anywhere b/c in the TOS it states that they can terminate your service for *any* reason with 30 days notice.
on an entriely differnet topic it is not against the TOS to resell your connection because they made a typo. they said you cannot resell it bundled or ununbundled.
