You give a set amount of panels, Certain characters and items, and other people have to make a comic out of it. It doesn't matter how the comic turns out, just as long as it has the right requirments.
This will follow the same rules as the caption contest. Only one comp at a time and the winner get's to design it. If you havn't caught on the requirment sheet for number one should explain it.
(You can design new characters for the occasion if you want, so you may need to make some sprites.)
I'n case any one is not sure, you must use both those characters and items, and name the frog thing yourself.
OH YEAH! I forgot. Your comic must have a title.
Don't worry, if you forget something like that you won't be kicked out of the competition. But you will if it's an ongoing thing and your doing it on purpose.
OH YEAH! I forgot. If you ar going to post a comic. Write and say that you are before hand. That way, i'll know when all the entries are in.
