I have to say Simpsons because I get to see it more often then Family Guy.

Family Guy tends to be funnier, but Simpsons just has more episodes, and I've probably seen every episode of Family Guy at least 10 times.

Not to mentions Simpson's have been around forever. I think Family Guy also has a few times where its less funny and more... eh. If theres a joke or prank in Simpsons it normally doesn't backfire.
