Crystal Pepsi was a clear cola marketed by Pepsi in 1993. It was supposed to have all the taste of Pepsi, but without any coloring at all. In reality, it supposedly tasted like flat 7-Up or Sprite. Since most consumers didn't seem to be fooled by it, it failed and Pepsi took it off the market. Source: http://crystalpepsi.captainmike.org/

Ingredients for Pepsi:
carbonated water
high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar
caramel color
phosphoric acid
caffeine
citric acid
natural flavors
Ingredients for Coke:
carbonated water
high fructose corn syrup and/or sucrose

natural flavors
caffeine
Based on the ingredients, Pepsi and Coke don't look too much different. Pepsi has citric acid where Coke doesn't and Pepsi has more flavoring than caffeine where Coke has it the other way around. Still, the first four ingredients are identical (sucrose is another name for sugar) so there's not a huge difference in product. How about nutritional info?

According to this, Pepsi has less sodium but more caffeine than Coke. So, the total differences between coke and Pepsi are (in terms of Pepsi):
presence of citric acid
more caffeine than flavoring
less sodium
more caffeine
So, if you like the taste of citrus or like caffeine, Pepsi would taste better. However, if you don't like citrus or you don't like caffeine, Coke would taste better.
