Driv3r is more like a "creative" way to say Driver 3.

you know, that's exactley what I said when my friends asked me that
they all had a good laugh before telling me it was a physics related question
but they never told me the answer

The current estimate is that humans can differentiate between 10 million different colors. (less than the 16 million recent computers are capable of showing) This is an estimate, however, and differs from person to person. A rare breed of females known as tetrachromats (meaning four-color) can differentiate between many more colors than ordinary trichromats.

The problem with finding an exact number is that the human eye is not made of 3 distinct color receptors, but 3 color receptors that overlap in how sensitve they are to different colors. Mainly, we have a sensor that picks up blue and the surrounding frequencies, and two different receptors that pick up green, one of which is slightly more biased towards red. (This is why it's harder for people to tell greens apart than any other color) No two humans have the exact same sensitivites to color, so each person sees a different distinction. Tetrachromats are lucky to have a fourth type of color receptor that allows them to see far more colors.

Most mammals don't have as many color receptors as humans do, but birds and reptiles tend to have more. Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color

Unfortunetly, there isn't a good list of blind or color deficient animals that I can find. The hint is, though, that if one gender of the species has brightly colored plumage or scales or skin or whatever, that species isn't color deficient.

This is one of those impossible physics questions that I can't answer because there isn't a way to answer it. The situation involves a body that cannot be moved reacting with a body that attracts all bodies. Since we have something of a paradox (an immobile object moving or a all-attractor not attracting) one of the two objects can't exist. This situation is very similar to the immobile body reacting with an unstoppable body.

theoretically if they both existed wouldn't they just cancel each other out.

oh i know this one. the lie detector picks up pulses from the body. and when someone lies the pulse starts to go faster and faster and thats why we see the metter going crazy just like in meet the parents. why robert deniro held ben stiller hands he was checking his pulse. also the nose slightly grows when you lie.

Since they are theoretical objects, we don't have much basis in predicting how they would react should they ever meet.

There are many ways of "detecting" lies. None of these methods are always correct, but some of them come close. The traditional lie-detector, where electrodes and other sensors are attached to a person's body and connected to a machine, is known as a polygraph. A polygraph measures many variables at once ( blood pressure, heart rate, sweat, etc..) in an attempt to discover if a person is lying. Unfortunetly, a polygraph isn't always correct since people can become nervous when being asked questions in interogative situations. Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polygraph

The reason CO (carbon monoxide) is so dangerous is because it binds more easily to the oxygen receptors in our body than O2 (oxygen gas) does. Since O2 is vital for life, CO is a poison. The short term effects (less than 2 hours) include dizziness, nausea, and headaches. Long term effects (more than 2 hours) include convulsions, unconciousness, and even death. How do those things on vending machines where you can put bills in that seem to be more popular in the US than in Canada (and why is that so anyways?) work?
