Im having alot of trouble im trying to make a caption bubble but i have to do it hand, i am using adobe photoshop 6.0 because i feel its easier with creating images, i hand draw all my bubbles is there any way to short cut this process other than copy and paste a dialog caption and other program u use thas easier???????
Well, to make my dialouge bubbles, I use Flash. First I create the text block and then I use the rectangle tool with built in snap capabilities to make sure it's the right size. This is why all the boxes are square, rather then circular. After I have the rectangle, I use the line tools to create a "V" shape off of the rectangle and end it so that it points to the characters mouth. Then I just delete the wall of the rectangle that is inside the "V" and use the paint bucket to make it white. Of course, if you're not using Flash, you could always goto MSPaint or stick with Adobe, use text boxes, and the circle/box tool. Or, if you had Flash, you could create bubbles and then export them as a *.gif so you could put them in non-Flash comics.
