I don't think Go Fish is a strategy game, more of.. luck and chance..?

Go fish involves a fair amount of skill. Not as much as chess and checkers, which are both very high in strategy requirement, but it still needs some skill... Much unlike rock, paper, scissors, which would be complete luck.
