by federal law, comcast is required to give all employees 60 day notice....since they just bought it, well, nothing's happened yet. but they did give a whole lot of notice.

I heard that X-play will still be there, though. I should.. look it up or something. (Adam Sessler wasn't fired, I don't think <3)

ayana i guess ur right because tech tv is turning into g4 tech tv i just home that x-play remains because the switch is happening around may 28th also i just finished watching the E3 convention and they should psp playstaition portable nintendo ds another portable and tons and tons of new games.

'turning into'? G4TV is a comcast owned channel. techtv isn't turning into it. it's merging with it -- g4tv already exists. and about 90% of the staff will be from g4tv, so i prefer the term 'comcast bought techtv and fired all the staff' since G4TV is primarily focused on being a gaming channel over other technology, x-play might stand a chance of being one the few retained programs.
