Johnny English

Rowan Atkinson plays Johnny English, a bungling secret agent assigned to protect the crown jewels.
I've seen some of Atkinson's roles as Bean, partly from the TV show and partly from the movie, and the bungling character was humorous and light-hearted. The same character, however, in a spy movie along with him speaking leave one wanting. It's not a very good movie, but if you enjoy Bad British Comedy (TM), you might want to rent this.
