Personally, I find online journals to be a waste of time. The majority of people who get them are just depressed people with nothing better to do then waste their time writing about all the crap in their life so other people can feel sorry for them. I thought journals and diaries were supposed to be private things anyways. Other then the depressed ranting, it's really just like a news poster.

But who cares what I think? Certainly not the millions of people that have online journals.

'...nothing better to do that waste their time...' ?

The whole internet _is_ a waste of time. That's why we love it so.

I agree with DT. It's not really a waste of time as compared to most things on the internet (_I_ know what I mean)... Would you rather I post all those quizzes at you on AIM and rant at you on AIM?

Point taken. It is kind of like a mass AIM, but that's what chat rooms are generally for.

Only you can type a lot. In paragraphs! And... You can set it so that only your friends can read it.. or certian friends.. It saves you from re-telling a funny story... Or re-typing. Great for lazy people. Like me. Who needs to update their site. ... I'm working on it.
