A great followup to the original movie, though it leaves a hole in the ending so wide that a sequel must follow. The special effects rocked, and the casting was great, though anyone who seriously follows the comic book series or the original TV show won't like how the movie introduces certain aspects. By the way, if my opinions seem a bit skewed in this case, they were probably influenced by seeing this movie at midnight while hopped up on sugar and being annoyed at the people who came dressed up in costumes. Damn bucket-head...

im the first reply! what an honor! it has been more than a year since this segment was created and it just seemed so lonely... well it was a good followup it stayed pretty much consistent with the comics(enuf anyways that i could follow all the stuff happening) i cant wait till phoenix in the next movie its gonna be sooooo cool by the by, if anyone can come up with a good name for Jean Grey, i will give them much(monopoly) money hehe prizes abound for the winner! not like anyone will ever respond
