Huzzah, I finally got a new computer!
Oh, and Pez-Man, it doesn't have a sound card >.>
Of course, it does have onboard sound, but that's beside the point...
Anyway, I am now the prouc owner of an AMD XP2000+ with 256 MB of DDRRAM, some LeadTek m/board, a Velta 17inch monitor, and a GeForce4 MX440 (yeah, I know that GeForce3s are supposed to be better. Tell someone who cares :/ )
Anyways, the network's been giving me grief in that it won't work. As per usual. Which is why I haven't been on for awhile, because I prefer to use my comp than Dads. I'm using Dad's now because the network still isn't working.
It's nowhere near the highest powered computer around, but it was very cheap for only $1600 (a different comp. place wanted to sell me a Cel 1.7 for >$1700 ...). And it's miles ahead of my old PII 400.
