How about the Legacy of Kain series in general? I still need to play Soul Reaver 2 (though I don't have the right system... and my PC can't run it because it's stupid...), but the original r0x0rZ, too. Well, I think at least. You guys?

It's been a while, what was Soul Reaver like?

The original Legacy of Kain: Soul Revear is for PC, Playstation, and Dreamcast. The main character was Raziel, as in SR2, but this shows how he 'came to be' in his most current form, as well as his systematic killing of his brothers. You know, the 'getting revenge' and 'finding one's identity' thing. The graphics and sound were great for the Playstation, and a lot of the game points intruiged me.

Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen was the original original game to my knowledge. For Playstation and PC most likely. You played as Kain and tried to be some sort of savior in your own mind... at the end you get to choose either killing yourself as an obscure martyr or taking over Nosgoth. The series set him as taking the 'dark path' obviously. Heehee. It was more a dungeonie Diablo-esque type of game.

SnV's got SR, but I haven't played it. He likes it though.

Blood Omen II should be coming out soon, if it hasn't already.

Heh, Soul Reavers cool. I never got very far into it though.

GAH! This topic got me wanting to pull out my DC and start replaying some of the games that I've got.... (Even though the only one I've actually beaten is PSO ^^;;) In fact... I think I may just do that... SOUL REAVER!! (or maybe something else... I haven't decided yet)
