Chromus's answer was good, but there are many ways! One way is to point at something outside, through a window, and then push! Rather then beating the PEZ out of him, it is simply one large smack by the ground! We call this, bending the rules! Another, less messy, way is to hold something he loves hostage, such as his internet connection *glares at chromus*. You could also shave him bald while he is asleep, empty a beer bottle in the sink and place the empty bottle next to his bed, and tell your parents a funny smell is coming from his room! There are many ways to get him in trouble/pain, which will most likely get him to stop annoying you, at least for a while.
