You'd be hard pressed to make that much. No matter which currency you choose, one googleplex dollars of that currency would be enough to buy everything on the planet many times over.

The funniest thing is I learned about a Googleplex in the most unusual place in a game show called Uh-oh Comes on YTV such a lame show yet i watched it. It had a stupid concept and i learned something.

but those uh-oh questions have all kinds of interesting pointless information that most people get wrong, you learn, and see someone get slimed! it's a win/win scenario
...I dont think there's any new episodes of uh-oh, it's kind of old now
but synchromus, you didn't answer my question, when would a googleplex have any practical application!??! never??

The current estimate of the number of atoms in the universe is 1 * 10 ^ 79. That's 21 orders of magnitude less than a googol (that's how it's spelled), so there aren't even a googol atoms in the universe. A googolplex (that's how it's spelled) is 1 followed by a googol zeros, and since there aren't even a googol atoms in the universe, there aren't enough atoms to write down a full googolplex. In short, a googolplex really has no use. It's just fun to have a name for such a large number. Source: http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=352789

Who was the youngest person to ever hold leadership of any country?

Someone should make an official logo or banner for Ask Chromus...

-Dither

Chromus, tell me how bumble bees fly. It doesn't look possible.

Before I answer current questions, I want to correct some earlier questions I answered.

The idea for American Idol came from a British hit TV show of a similar nature called Pop Idol. Source: http://www.eonline.com/Facts/Tv/ShowRec ... ml?tvfact2

The concept of reality television started back in 1948 with the introduction of Candid Camera, back when the television was first mass produced. A year earlier, a radio show called Candid Microphone was being aired. Ever since then, the idea has been tried in different formats, like the series Wanted by CBS which interviewed the relatives of criminals and the law enforcement working on the case, or the series An American Family by PBS which followed the Loud family for seven months through marital breakup and the coming-out of their son. Only recently, though, has large amounts of money been added to the genre, which makes watching the shows more exciting and participating even more so. Concerning sleeping too much, the question dealt with why people tend to be more tired after sleeping in than after waking early. Personally, I feel just as tired if I sleep in or wake early, but only in the long run. Immedietly after I wake up, I certainly can feel a difference. When I wake up after sleeping in, I feel sluggish because I missed the point where my body naturally wanted me to wake up. Since there's no rush, my body takes its time starting and adjusting all of my senses. When I wake up early, due to an alarm clock or something of that nature, I feel a rush and a sense of anxiety. My body is rushing adrenaline into my system as well as jumpstarting my senses. After about an hour, in either case, my body reaches a normal level of activity. It makes sense that our bodies are adapted to jump-starting us when something disturbs our sleep, since it may have helped early humans survive sleeping out in the wild or near places where lives may have been in danger. However, I haven't found any conclusive research stating my view to be true.

King Tut of ancient Egypt acended to the throne at the age of nine, making him the youngest ruler in history. Since he was so young, he was a figurehead ruler with high offcials in the state making all the decisions. His rule did not last very long, though, since he died at the age of nineteen. An official logo or banner would be cool. Since Ayana wants to make it, and since I love her art anyways, she can be in charge of making an official banner.

If Dither wants a "-Dither" at the end of his posts, what's the problem? It's just like a signiture line in an e-mail, even though I know who the e-mail came from by other means.

The word is spelled necessary. Source: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=necessary

A while ago, I answered this same question. My answer then was "it flaps its wings faster to make up for its heavy weight". Since then, I have done more research and I have found a better answer. It is true that, if a bumble bee flapped its wings like a bird, it wouldn't create enough lift to keep it flying. This is not the case, though. To small, flying creatures, like bumble bees and flies, the air feels like water feels to us. In essence, the wings of these creatures are specially designed to "swim" through the air. A bumble bee slides its wings forwards, flips them, slides them back, flips them again, and repeats this process many times a second to generate lift. This technique is similar to the butterfly stroke in swimming. Source: http://www.doesgodexist.org/NovDec99/Is ... ToFly.html (Careful, the info is bundled with some religious propaganda)

ohh ohh how bout this a slogan
Ask Chromus because
NO question is left unanswered

I don't think that's necessarily true, since there are questions that I can't answer. However, I leave it up to the community to decide if I am worthy enough for that slogan.

well you sort of even go back and go answer question from way back when just to try your best to get the answer correct. so i nominate that slogan to be a fitting title. and no one can answer EVERYTHING!

Most of the time, when I go back and correct an answer to a question I've already answered, it's because someone went back and decided that they didn't like my previous answer because I didn't research the answer enough. Occasionally, I go back through my archive and do the same thing.

Though no one can answer every question, I try my best to research and find answers for every one posted to this thread.
