As far as I know, the PS2 doesn't have the software necessary to connect to another PS2 via the USB port, which means you'll need network adapters for each PS2. Alternatively, you could buy the new PS2, which is much smaller than the original and comes with a network adapter built in, all for the low cost of $150.

Hah! So simple!
The scracthing or sniffing of ones scented object is like giving out a homing beacon to an invisible alien. Upon such scratching or sniffing, the alien invisibly beams down and sprays the various funk.
Actually its more like dust. Just think good smelling dust rather than allergenic dust. _________________ ~ Revenge of the Pez? ~ |

Scratch and sniff surfaces are an example of a technology called micro-encapsulation, where you put tiny amounts of a chemical into extremely small capsules, or micro-capsules, hence the name of the technology. For a scratch and sniff surface, thousands of microcapsules filled with a certain smell are glued to the surface of something, like a sticker or magazine. When you scratch the surface, some of these capsules are broken, releasing the smell. This is why scratch and sniff stickers and whatnot can last for years, since you don't break very many of them at once. Also, this technology was first developed to make carbonless copy paper by coating the back of a sheet of paper with microcapsules filled with ink so that they'd break when you press down on them with a pencil. There are a few kinds of air fresheners, but the most popular kind actually works by dulling the olfactory sensors (the things in your nose and mouth that let you smell) so that you don't smell much of anything. The first "air fresheners" along this line used formaldehyde, which is poisonous and carcinogenic, so a new, patented chemical had to be developed. The main way to fix a scratched CD is to get rid of the scratches. The most reliable way to do this is to shave off a micro-thin layer of the plastic which makes each scratch less deep. The equipment to do this, however, is expensive. The simpler way to do this is to just polish the CD with some sort of abrasive, like toothpaste. Make sure to rub in a circle around the center. This will even out the scratches and make them affect the CD less. There are specialty products sold in stores and online which can do this for you using a special abrasive, but its questionable whether or not they offer any advantage over doing it yourself. G byrd, youll have to clarify your question. Do you mean Trading Card Games, or something else, and what kind of ranking are you looking for?

The human body doesn't generate all of its heat in once place, but there is a central place that regulates it: the hypothalmus, one of the regions of the brain. When the outside temperature drops below 37 degrees, the hypothalmus does a variety of things:
Constricts blood vessels so that less heat is moved to the skin
Stops the skin from sweating and losing heat
Starts muscles shivering to increase heat production
Starts production of adrenaline to make the heart beat faster
When the outside temperature rises above 37 degrees, strangely enough, the body maintains the current heat output but enacts heat relief:
Starts sweating so heat can evaporate away
Releases heat in the form of electromagnetic (infrared) waves
All of this is controlled by the hypothalmus. Check out the source I proved for some more info as well as some equations to figure out how much heat you give off in each way. Source: http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/thermo/heatreg.html |

So Chromus... is there a god?
And if there is a god (diety, or someone with power) should they smite Pez for ending his series!? (good comic while it lasted) _________________ ~ Revenge of the Pez? ~ |
