A very late completer of a trilogy. Though I don't remember the first two movies, this one made sense. The movie didn't need knowledge of the other movies, but it would have helped a little bit. As for the real movie, it was a good movie. The word "action-packed" is a huge understatement. The whole movie is action, action, a little dialouge, and much much more action. The action scenes were very well put-together and looked very nice. The plot was good, suprises and coold effects kept your attention, and Arnold was a good actor as always. Overall, I liked the movie, and I reccomend it. |

As Pez says, watching the first two movies isn't required, though it helps in understanding certain concepts, like character development. Without the previous two movies, the main characters aren't very developed in personality and history. He's also right about the obscene amount of action in the movie. Every minute, something seems to explode or get shot. The story was somewhat well put together, though there were a few plot holes. Another problem was the characters. As I said before, without the previous two movies, John Conner and the Terminator aren't well developed, though you can expect this of the Terminator. He's just a robot, after all. I also see this as a sign that Arnold should retire from the business. He was a great actor, but now he doesn't quite do justice to the role, though this could have been influenced by him playing an emotionless robot.
All in all, it's a good action movie to rent one day. |

I'm sorry that you have such a situation where you cannot go out and enjoy the movies more often. I guess it doesn't help that I keep posting more and more reviews, does it? |

the best thing about this movie is the bringing about of the phrase"more actionpacked than Terminator 3!" its like "worse than Godfather 3" or more annoying than Jar-Jar Binks and my bro combined" lol _________________ when the goin gets tuf...
