Ah, but what about

<.<

Super Smash Bros: Melee?

SSB with better graphics, more characters, more levels, more items, more match types...

Well, I meant both games. The second one is much better, but it doesn't have all the charms of the origional, like the best pokemon level. But yes, I meant Melee as well, which is a very good game.

You think Saffron City is better than Pokmon Stadium and Pok Floats? Well, it's better than the Floats... Damn I hate that level... but the Stadium... how can it be better than the Stadium Shocked

Super Smash Brothers Melee is better than the original in almost every way. The graphics are better, there's more characters to choose from, more levels to fight on, more attacks to kick butt with, so on. However, the level design of some of the old levels was far superior. For example, nothing can beat Saffron City in the original. I have some great memories of battles Pez, Chewi, and I had in that level.

those 2-dimensional pokemon constantly popping out of the door? yeah, that was fun, but I like Melee better

edit:I remember saffron city now, that level was coolios, If you rolled, you could go inside the room the pokmon came out of
they should have made it a past level...

More than a year after the first post, and definetly more than 3 years since it's come out, this game remains one of the only GameCube games I play. Pez is still better than I am, but some times I can really give him a run for his money.

I play as Link and only Link. Yep. Why are you looking at me like that, Phred?!

Actually, I used to do that too, until people started complaining that Link was too annoying. (Up+B over and over can get really repetative) I started experimenting with other characters, and now I'm really good with Ganondorf.

i would buy GC solely for SSBM but the thing is lack of funds i only have 300 CAD but then wait parents thats my excuse. Love the game the first one i was addicted i loved playing with samus. poke floats i remember playing with the ice climbers on that level and one person made the jump and the other fell then i was rendered usless because where is one ice climber with out the other like .... mario and luigi in superstar saga or mario and yoshi. or siameze twins.

Yes, SSBM was a great game, but I'm begining to get quite bored. It really does become the same thing over and over. I'd like a form of Smash Brothers that was online. Given the right tools, you could download new levels, new characters, and play other people online. It'd be like a MMORPG, but more like an MMOFighter. Although probably impossible, I'd like it. Also, I'm only Link in Soul Calibur 2, and no one else. Link is teh r0x.

yeah, but get together with three friends and you can have a really fun time!
I remember once, I used mario and hit a person off, they were trying to get back, and I jumped at them and used my forward-a to smash him down to his doom! and I also jumped back onto land
that was pretty sweet

I hate fighting games. But if Link is there, I'm there!
