Yes, you all figured it was coming eventually. >:p I've already seen it three times in the theater. ^^

Ah, and "overpriced" is an understatement. In my town, we have to pay $8.50 for a movie, and $5.50 for a matinee. I wouldn't mind paying $5.50 for a movie any time during the day, but nearly $10? That's just too much. Stupid Lowe's. >_<

But this thread's about HP! So let's talk about HP, darn it! Razz

I'm not a big Harry Potter fan. I read a few books, I didn't see any of the movies. I didn't think they looked bad, I just had no interest in seeing them.

O.O

...three times? Why?

:/ An adult ticket is ~AUS$12, here. I can't believe we actually have something cheaper here than over there... What age bracket is the $8.50 ticket for, anyways?

Nyah. The books are better.

Well, apparently they're going to split GoF into two movies, 'cause it's so long. I head that OotP is a lot longer than GoF so when OotP becomes a movie in a few years, they'll probably split that one up, too.

That seems kinda crazy to me. Splitting up an already split up story. They should just cut all the good content out to make a two hour crap movie!

I just saw Chamber of Secrets for the second time. Good movie, though I like the books better. And I only had to pay $1 (US) to see it! Hah! That special price is part of a special deal my university has, where we buy the reels to slightly old movies and show them for $1 a ticket, which is an awesome fundraiser.
