I'm not sure if this counts as a platformer. (You jumped around on platforms trying to reach the end of each stage, but there were items you had to collect) Even if it doesn't, does anyone remember playing this game? It had awesome graphics for the N64, and a funny style of gameplay where you had to shake stuff to defeat them.

hmmmmm mischef makers i dont recall must of been a really funnily unique idea game but noone likes unique they like good nowadays

well unique games got something going for them as we never seen it but it bettter be uniquely good. and the uniqueness better not be very odd or it would just be stupid.

I read a review a long time ago in NMS, but as I never had a 64, I never played it. You were a robot, weren't you? And the NPCs were called Clancys, or something.

Yeah, you played a robot called Marina and all the good-guy NPCs were Clancers.
